Our neighbourhood supports continuous learning through organisations such as the Tech Futures Lab.  The Tech Futures Lab is founded by Frances Valintine and is a business and technology accelerator for professionals.  Everything they do is geared toward enabling businesses and individuals to innovate, future-proof and move fast to ensure they are not only aware of how our business is changing, but know how to maximise opportunities in today’s digitally-enabled world.

Talent Working Group

The objective of this initiative is to determine how we work together to attract, develop and retain great talent within our houses and the neighbourhood through activities such as:

• establishing neighbourhood guilds,
• shared undergraduate programme, and
• inspiring talent to grow within and across our neighbourhood

WIN Guildmaster Forum

The objective of this initiative is to take a shared approach to developing specific functional skill sets within our houses.  This includes identifying shared areas of interest, sharing experiences and working together to accelerate our collective learnings across multiple disciplines.
